The new professional fryer Metos CORE 600 is efficient and user friendly. Special attention has been paid to ergonomics. Handle at the front and castors make it easy to move.
New filtration system prolongs oil quality and maximum insulation is efficient without energy loss. Integrated Sicotronic interface for energy optimization increases energy efficiency. Heating element pivots upwards, with easy access for cleaning. All models are fitted with castors that can be adjusted in height from 850 to 900mm.
